August 3rd, 2012 Christmas In August

It was the best surprise ever when I came home from work today, and saw a massive parcel addressed to me on my table. As soon as I saw it, I knew it was my Net-a-porter order. I opened it straight away, and as expected, my order was packed beautifully, so much so, that I felt like I do every year on December 25. I almost didn’t want to open it, but of course I did, and inside I found my Michael Michael Kors bag and my second Yves Saint Laurent arty ring. Both were more amazing than I expected (as generally happens – everything is so much better in real life than in photos), and at the moment, I feel on top of the world!
