June 18th, 2011 Ideal Look: Going Out Celebrating

I finished my first ever lot of uni exams this week, and the feeling of freedom I’m currently feeling is actually incredible. After hardly leaving the house for about a month, as soon as I finished my last exam, I had the biggest desire to go out. Celebrating the end of an exam period, to me, is like celebrating New Year’s, so you need to wear a lot of sparkle and shine. No dress is more perfect for a night out than this Christopher Kane Galaxy dress. The lovely colours, and the starry sky print perfectly portrays my ecstasy after completing all my exams, and the combination of silk-satin and leather provides a balance of elegance and sexiness. I’m not always sure about gold and silver combinations for jewellery, but Roberto Cavalli perfected the combination, and I am absolutely in love with his gold-plated Swarovski crystal ring and necklace. Many people say that accessories and jewellery complete the outfit, but I think that the shoes do. People so often let down an entire outfit because of inappropriate footwear. I say, when in doubt, choose Christian Louboutin. These boots are so amazingly beautiful; I’m drooling over the perfect height of the heels, and the python print gives it an extra punch of attitude.
